Goulding’s  UK Antiques and Collectables is a friendly family run business managed by its proprietor, John Goulding.  We have recently centralised our business into our current location at Acorn Antiques Centre, having previously been based in Wrexham and Knutsford.

John Goulding is local to the area, having been born and brought up in Penley, near Ellesmere.  Together with his knowledge on Antiques, he brings his honesty, a traditional sense of value and customer service to the table, making Goulding’s UK Antiques a pleasure to do business with.

Our display at Acorn Antiques is just a small selection of the antiques and collectables that we have. Other customers have commended us on our level of service, and are grateful that we are able to source, at the right price, a particular item they have desired for a long time.  The result for us is that we have satisfied customers and this in turn guarantees return business for us. You will find us behind Heart FM Radio on the A541 Mold Road just outside Wrexham – we’re open 10 – 5 pm every day.  This makes a change from the usual old fashioned antiques shops that you might come across, which can be dark, small and dusty.  Please visit us and view our beautiful collection, meet with John Goulding on most days and enjoy the other benefits that the the center has to offer including a great value coffee shop.

We offer a competitively priced upholstery service and you will note that some of the items on display have been reupholstered to an excellent standard.  We also offer an inhouse gold and silver specialist and may consider buying such articles from you.  Please make any enquiries regarding these services direct to John on 07711 247509.

Finally, we will consider buying from you any examples of antiques and collectables, provided they are in excellent condition and we believe there is a market for them.  Alternatively, on occasions we will consider selling items on behalf of our customers on a commission basis in our showroom.
